If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
Returns
It may happen that your item is damaged whilst in shipment.
To be permitted for an exchange, you are required to email us at info@mashlimited.co.za within 5 calendar days of us receiving your package informing us of the damage on your item.
In your email kindly provide us with the receipt proof of purchase, a picture of the item and reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and still be in the original packaging.
Then you must return the item to us within 5 calendar days from the date you received it.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/ replacement after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved for replacement we will ship out the item if it’s available, and also refund you the shipping cost of your return. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price of the damaged item.
If a replacement isn’t available, we will initiate a refund of the full purchase price of the damaged item. You should receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
