We utilize a reputable South African courier to get your Mash orders delivered to your doorstep. On every parcel there is a tracking number attached to it, allowing you to track your order the moment it leaves our office. When your parcel is booked with our trusted courier, our system automatically generates updates, tracking numbers, which will notify you by email or instant messaging. You can expect your delivery to be 2 – 5 working days depending on the location of your delivery address. Local deliveries cost R100 per delivery door to door. INTERNATIONAL/ REGIONAL COUNTRIES SHIPPING
Mash cannot pledge whether you will or will not be charged for any customs taxes and duties. Should it happen that you are charged for additional customs or import duties by the applicable country’s revenue authority once your parcel reaches its destination country. You as the owner of the parcel must pay the charges.
